Refund policy

All sales made through Jackal Arms Co. are final. Because each order is fulfilled specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once a purchase has been completed. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  1. General Merchandise
    All apparel, accessories, flags, mugs, and other lifestyle products are sold as-is and are considered final sale. Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and images carefully before purchasing.

  2. Firearms and Regulated Products
    All firearm and component sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged once payment has been processed. Federal law prohibits the return of firearms once they have left the control of a licensed dealer.

  • Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • If your background check or transfer is denied for any reason, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

  1. Defective or Damaged Items
    If you receive an item that arrives defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to an error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@jackalarmsco.com.

  • Claims must include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product and the packaging.

  • Once verified, we will replace the item or issue store credit at our discretion.

  • Claims submitted after 7 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

  1. Lost or Stolen Packages
    Jackal Arms Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking shows the order as delivered. Customers should file a claim directly with the carrier. We will assist in documentation or verification when possible but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement.

  2. Cancellations
    Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted and processed. In the rare event that a cancellation is approved prior to shipping, a processing fee of up to 10% may be deducted from any approved refund.

  3. Digital or Custom Products
    Digital downloads, limited edition drops, and customized items are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  4. Exchanges
    Due to the nature of our production and inventory process, exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items are not available. Please ensure your order is accurate before completing checkout.
