All shipping and fulfillment for Jackal Arms Co. orders are managed directly through our partners at Printify and Shopify. This ensures reliable processing, professional packaging, and efficient delivery from their network of verified print providers and carriers.

  1. Order Processing
    Orders are automatically sent to Printify’s fulfillment system once placed. Each product is made to order, meaning production times may vary depending on item type and demand. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

  2. Shipping and Delivery
    Shipping times are determined by Printify and the selected carrier at checkout. Delivery estimates are based on the provider’s current timelines and location of fulfillment. Tracking information is sent automatically via email once your order has shipped.

  3. Responsibility and Claims
    Because all fulfillment and shipping are handled by Printify and Shopify, Jackal Arms Co. is not directly responsible for delays, damages, or lost packages once an order is in transit. Customers should contact Printify or Shopify’s order support through their tracking link for shipping-related issues.

  4. International Shipping
    International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or additional delivery times depending on the destination. Jackal Arms Co. is not responsible for customs delays or fees applied by the destination country.

  5. Firearms and Regulated Products
    Firearms and regulated components are not fulfilled through Printify or Shopify and follow separate FFL transfer policies under federal law. These items are handled manually and shipped only to verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders.
