Welcome to Jackal Arms Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services, including all merchandise and firearm-related items available for sale. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or purchasing our products.

  1. General Information
    Jackal Arms Co. designs, produces, and sells apparel, accessories, lifestyle merchandise, and certain firearm-related goods. Our products are intended for lawful personal use only. You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases from our site, and at least 21 years of age to purchase firearms or regulated components where applicable.

  2. Merchandise Sales
    Our merchandise includes (but is not limited to) t-shirts, sweatshirts, flags, mugs, hats, stickers, and accessories.

a. Product Availability:
We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and inventory levels. However, product availability, colors, and designs may vary slightly from the photos shown.

b. Pricing & Payment:
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time without notice. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other processors as available through our e-commerce platform.

c. Returns & Exchanges:

  • Apparel and merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

  • Digital products and custom orders are non-refundable.

  • To initiate a return, contact support@jackalarmsco.com with your order number and reason for return.

  1. Firearms and Regulated Product Sales
    Jackal Arms Co. complies with all federal, state, and local laws regulating the sale and transfer of firearms and components.

a. Legal Compliance:
By purchasing a firearm or regulated part (including receivers, frames, or suppressor-related items), you certify that you:

  • Are legally eligible to purchase and possess firearms under federal law (18 U.S.C. §922).

  • Are not a convicted felon, fugitive, unlawful drug user, or otherwise prohibited person under federal or state law.

  • Are at least 21 years old for handgun purchases and 18 years old for rifles or shotguns, unless stricter local laws apply.

b. Shipping and Transfers:

  • Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder.

  • The buyer must provide the receiving FFL’s contact information within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Transfers will not be completed until the FFL has verified eligibility and completed the required background check.

  • Jackal Arms Co. does not ship firearms internationally or to restricted jurisdictions.

c. Cancellations & Fees:
If a firearm order is canceled before transfer, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Once the firearm has shipped to an FFL, the sale is final.

d. Liability:
Jackal Arms Co. assumes no responsibility for misuse, negligent operation, or illegal possession of any firearm, accessory, or component. It is the buyer’s responsibility to understand and comply with all laws.

  1. Intellectual Property
    All logos, artwork, product names, and creative designs (including slogans like “Fear God, Not Man” and “Moon’s Out, Goon’s Out”) are the property of Jackal Arms Co. and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or used without written permission.

  2. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

  • Jackal Arms Co. is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or acts of God.

  • Lost or stolen packages should be reported to the carrier first; however, we will assist in claims when possible.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties
    All products are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
    Jackal Arms Co. disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Firearms and accessories should only be used as intended and in accordance with all safety regulations. Improper use may result in serious injury or death. Always follow manufacturer safety guidelines and practice responsible firearm handling.

  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jackal Arms Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our products or website, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss.

  2. Privacy and Data Security
    We value your privacy. Personal data collected during orders (name, address, payment details) will only be used to fulfill purchases and maintain customer records. We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties.

  1. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

    Jackal Arms Co. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
